Body Odors

Our hotel regularly houses sports teams playing Arizona State University. Recently we had an out-of-state hockey team from the Midwest staying with us and our guestrooms reeked of body odor and sweaty uniforms. Food Odors

I'm in charge of guest housing for Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, CA. We have students come from around the world for classes, seminars and forums and we often get some very unusual food odors from Indian curries to dried fish. The worst we have ever had is kimchi a Korean cabbage dish. An open container of it can leave a room horrifically pungent for days. Fire Restoration

My husband left a casserole in the oven and then feel asleep and awoke 3 hours later to our entire house being "stained" by smoke odor. Pet Odors

Smoke Odors

As managers of a convention hotel, we often are forced to place smokers into non-smoking rooms and vice-versa. Urine Odor

We had a guest urinate in one of our guestroom beds. We tried several products to remove the odor, but nothing worked. Just before deciding to throw out the mattress, we were introduced to Nature's Mist. We applied it directly to the mattress, soaking the Nature's Mist in where the urine had soaked in. When the mattress dried, there was no odor as if nothing that happened. We are now commited Nature's Mist users for every possible odor.
